Admissions
Your path to recovery starts with a single call
Getting Started
Reaching out for help is an act of courage that affects not just you, but everyone who cares about you. At CLRT Rehab, our admissions process is designed to feel grounding rather than overwhelming. From the first phone call, our coordinators listen with patience, answer questions honestly, and guide both clients and families through each step so that no one walks this path uncertain or alone.
We believe that healing begins before treatment officially starts. That is why our intake team takes time to understand your physical health, emotional landscape, and personal goals before recommending a level of care. Whether you are calling for yourself or on behalf of a loved one, we meet you where you are -- with warmth, without judgment, and with 21 years of experience creating safe spaces for transformation in Davis.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does treatment typically last?
Treatment length depends on individual needs. Medical detox generally runs 3 to 7 days, residential treatment lasts 30 to 90 days, and our outpatient programs range from 2 to 12 weeks. We know that families are eager for timelines, so your clinical team provides regular progress updates and involves loved ones in discharge planning from early on.
Can my family visit during treatment?
Absolutely. We schedule family visitation on weekends because we recognize that connection with loved ones is a vital part of healing. Family members also participate in education sessions that help them understand addiction, set healthy boundaries, and prepare for their own role in the recovery process. Healing is strongest when the whole family is involved.
Do you accept my insurance?
CLRT Rehab works with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, Humana, Oscar Health, Molina Healthcare, and Magellan. Our admissions team handles verification so that you and your family can focus on what matters most -- getting well. Call (707) 324-8152 and we will check your coverage within hours.
What does a typical day look like?
Days at CLRT Rehab begin at 6:30 AM with a nature walk, followed by outdoor fitness, farm-to-table meals, group and individual therapy, yoga, creative arts, and evening reflection. Families often tell us they appreciate the structure because it gives their loved one a sense of purpose and routine that addiction had taken away. The full daily schedule is available on our Treatment page.
Is detox medically supervised?
Yes. Our medical detox program provides 24/7 physician and nursing supervision with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate. We understand that families worry most during this phase, so we offer daily check-in calls to keep loved ones informed about progress and comfort levels throughout the detox period.
What happens after treatment ends?
Recovery does not stop at discharge. CLRT Rehab creates a personalized aftercare plan that may include step-down to outpatient programming, alumni support groups, referrals to sober living in the Davis and Sacramento area, and ongoing family counseling. We stay connected because we know that both clients and their families benefit from continued guidance as they navigate life after residential care.
